End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Licensed Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Licensed Application. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Use of the Licensed Application requires an account via Google or Sign in with Apple. You may delete your account using Settings → Delete Account in the app. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Paid features are offered through auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Use Restore Purchases where available to restore access on a new device. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application except as permitted by law.
• Distribute, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the app or your license.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited restrictions are unenforceable.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices.
• Use the app in violation of applicable law or our Terms of Service.

The Licensed Application may allow on-device audio recording for coaching. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws governing recording and consent where you live or interact with others.

AI-generated coaching is not professional, legal, medical, or therapeutic advice. Use your own judgment and seek qualified help when needed.

PjamaLama is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

PjamaLama is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you (if any was paid to Apple for the app itself); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the Licensed Application. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of PjamaLama.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

PjamaLama, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Licensed Application or your possession or use of the Licensed Application, including product liability claims, failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

PjamaLama is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your use infringes that party's intellectual property rights.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application (for example, your wireless data service agreement and App Store terms).

You acknowledge that Appleand Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Apple is not a party to this EULA except as a third-party beneficiary as described above. Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Application or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the Licensed Application beyond what Apple provides under applicable store policies.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. You may terminate by deleting the Licensed Application and your account. We may terminate or suspend access as described in our Terms of Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PJAMALAMA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET OUT IN OUR Terms of Service.

We may update this EULA by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Licensed Application and supersedes prior understandings on that subject.
